Frequently asked questions
Simply email the details of the event; number of people, date and time, any specific dietary requirements and the location and we'll be in contact. It helps if you can also advise if the table will be the main source of food, or for a 'cocktail hour' before the main meal.
Our team arrive at the location with plenty of time to set up and artfully arrange your table, then clean up and get out of your hair before the guests begin to arrive!
We operate on weekends and while we usually require 24 hours notice, we are happy to accommodate your request if and where we can. Give us a call on 0414 829 728 to discuss.
Absolutely. All our food is prepared in our kitchen which has been registered with the City of Greater Geelong (Reg# HFD-9909837). We also hold a Food Safety Supervision Certificate for safe and hygienic food handling.

Where possible, we will happily accommodate dietary requirements given enough notice. While we cannot guarantee that our boxes do not contain allergens, we will do our best to provide Gluten Friendly, Vegetarian & Vegan options at an additional cost.
We are happy to make small changes to accommodate taste, i.e. changing Olives for Quince Paste, so long as the requests don't alter the main composition of the box. If you require something customised, please contact us and we'll happily send you a quote.
